As Lead Customer Engineers at BrowserStack, we have spent years working directly with developers, QA teams, platform engineers, and engineering leaders.
Our role gave us a front-row seat to the challenges teams face when building reliable software. While testing browsers, mobile apps, and user journeys has become increasingly sophisticated, one area consistently lagged behind: email testing.
Teams were still relying on shared inboxes, manual verification, brittle scripts, and internal tooling just to validate password resets, account verification emails, magic links, invitations, notifications, and other critical workflows.
We believed email testing should be treated as a first-class part of the software development lifecycle—not an afterthought.
That belief became Trivumo.
